Day 22-Make Our Home With You
We are starting part three of our series, 31 Days of Delight. In part one, we explored what delights God. In part two, we studied what we can do to bring Him delight. Now we will discover some of the rewards we receive when we delight in Him. John 14:23 TPT Jesus replied, "Loving me empowers you to obey my word. And my Father will love you so deeply that we will come to you and make you our dwelling place. The phrase, dwelling place, means abode or residence. The King James Version calls it home. Webster's dictionary defines home like this: Home: A place where one lives especially as a family A place of affection, joy, and happiness A valued refuge and resting place A habitation offering security and protection, where friendships flourish As you delight in the Lord, God takes up residence in you.
